Diagnostics
18.1 Overview
Use the diagnostics screens for troubleshooting.
18.1.1 What You Can Do in this Chapter
•The Diagnostics screen (Section 18.2 on page 253) generates a file containing
the NWA3000-N series AP’s configuration and diagnostic information if you need
to provide it to customer support during troubleshooting.
•The Packet Capture screen (Section 18.3 on page 254) captures data packets
going through the NWA3000-N series AP.
•The Wireless Frame Capture screens (Section 18.4 on page 258) capture
network traffic going through the AP interfaces connected to your NWA3000-N
series AP.
18.2 Diagnostics
This screen provides an easy way for you to generate a file containing the
NWA3000-N series AP’s configuration and diagnostic information. You may need to
generate this file and send it to customer support during troubleshooting.
