3 You can manually enter the IP addresses of other DNS servers. These servers can be
public or private. A DNS server could even be behind a remote IPSec router.
3.2.3 WAN Configuration
Select Dynamic IP in the WAN screen if your ISP does not give you a fixed public IP address
and Internet access account information (such as the user name and password).
