The Debug Information Center screen then displays showing whether the collection is in progress, was
successful, or has failed. When the data collection is done, click Download to save the most recent
diagnostic file to a computer.

27.4 Remote Capture
Use this screen to capture network traffic going through the Zyxel Device and output the captured
packets to a packet analyzer (also known as network or protocol analyzer) such as Wireshark. If the
Zyxel Device is connected to the Zyxel gateway or ZyWALL, you might need to configure the Zyxel
gateway or ZyWALL to allow remote capture on the Zyxel Device.
Not all models support wireless remote capture. See Section 1.2 on page 14 for the models that support
remote capture on wireless interfaces.
Click Maintenance > Diagnostics > Remote Capture to open the Remote Capture screen.
