Troubleshooting
14.1 Overview
Here are offers some suggestions to solve problems you might encounter. The potential problems are
divided into the following categories.
• Power and Hardware Installation
• WAH7601 Access and Login
• Internet Access
• WiFi Connections
14.2 Power and Hardware Installation
The WAH7601 does not turn on. The LEDs are not on.
1 Make sure the WAH7601 is correctly installed (refer to your Quick Start Guide).
2 Make sure the battery is installed and charged. Press the power button to turn the WAH7601 on. See
Section 1.6 on page 12.
3 If the problem continues, contact the vendor.
14.3 WAH7601 Access and Login
I forgot the IP address for the WAH7601.
1 The default IP address is 192.168.1.1.
2 If you changed the IP address and have forgotten it, you have to reset the device to its factory defaults.
To reset your WAH7601, remove the lid. Press the reset button for 5 seconds and release it. After a few
seconds, the signal LED blinks red and then the power LED lights green.
