4 A list of files/folders displays. Click on a file to open it in a separate browser
window. You can also click a folder to access it.
For this example, click on a .doc file to open the Word document.

29.3.1 Downloading a File
You are prompted to download a file which cannot be opened using a web browser.
Follow the on-screen instructions to download and save the file to your computer.
Then launch the associated application to open the file.
