This parameter offers a workaround to prevent problems during call handover into the 1900
MHz (or 1800 MHz) band, caused by non-conforming configurations of the 1900 MHz (or 1800
MHz) GSM network.
Setting options: Disable (0) Disable workaround.
   – Enable (1) Enable workaround.
   – Select only when handover into a 1800/1900 MHz band fails.
