Temporarily deactivating no-movement, man-down and escape
alarm
You want to deactivate the man-down, no-movement or escape alarm temporarily,
for instance during a work break.
The man-down, no-movement or escape alarm is deactivated when the handset is in
the charging unit. You can also deactivate the alarms manually for a set period of time.
You set the Alarm disable durationfor the man-down, no-movement or escape alarm
together: min. 00:00:00 up to max. 04:59:59.

Note:
If the current supply to the charging unit is interrupted, the alarm might even so be
triggered.
Setting the alarm disable duration:
Press the navigation key to the right or the Menu softkey.
Settings
Scroll to Settings and press the Select softkey.
Sensor alarm
Scroll to Sensor alarm and press the Select softkey.
Alarm disable duration
Scroll to Alarm disable duration and press the Select softkey. Setting the dura-
tion for how long the alarm detection shall be interrupted.
Temporarily deactivating no-movement, man-down and escape alarm:
1. Press the navigation key up.
➔Activated features is opened.
2. If required, press the navigation key to the right to edit the alarm disable
duration and confirm with Save.
3. Scroll to Temporarily disable sensor alarm and confirm with the Execute soft-
key.
➔Alarm is temporarily deactivated.
Deleting the temporary disable duration:
1. Press the navigation key up.
➔Activated features is opened.
2. Scroll to Enable sensor alarm and confirm with the Execute softkey.
Or:
1. Press the key and hold it down for a moment.
2. Scroll to Permanently disable sensor alarm and confirm with the Execute soft-
key.
➔Alarm is reactivated.
