Battery
Take also note of the safety information on handling the battery set out in chap-
ter "Dealing with batteries", page 7.
Inserting the standard battery
1. Undo the two screws on the back of the phone with a suitable tool (e.g. coin) and
remove the cover.
2. Insert the battery with the contacts downwards, close the battery compartment
with the cover and screw them together with an appropriate tool.
3. Do not damage the rubber seal during assembly.
Inserting the power battery
The power battery has a larger capacity and is available as an option. Its design is
thicker, which means a larger battery cover is required, protruding by approx.6 mm on
the back of the phone.
1. If necessary, remove the fitted clamp.
2. Fit the battery cover as described for the standard battery.
