3. Press the key to program as a shortcut.

5. Select Add new manual input, and press Select.
You get prompted for shortcut data.
6. Enter data, such as an extension number or an external number,
and press OK.
7. Press Done to save the shortcut.
Press more... to edit the data or label before saving.
13.2.2 Adding New Shortcut From Call List
To add a shortcut from the call list, do the following:
1. Press .
2. Select Shortcuts, and press Select.
The following message is displayed: “Select a Shortcut by pressing
the key!”
3. Press the key to program as a shortcut.
4. Press more....
5. Select Add new from Call List, and press Select.
6. Select a number from the call list, and press Add.
7. Press Done to save the shortcut.
Press more... to edit the data or label before saving.

To add a shortcut from your contacts list, do the following:
1. Press .
2. Select Shortcuts, and press Select.
