Safe torque off connection
The STO (safe torque off) button on the I/O-panel is meant for demo purposes only and is not directly
part of the STO circuitry. The states of the I/O panel buttons are transmitted through the I/O cable in
serial form and transferred to actual I/O states inside the democase. This has the consequence that
missing the I/O cable doesn’t cause STO to activate.
