Observation of abnormalities
− Re-try of the validation test is allowed once.
− The root cause could be the Drive composer pro. Close the program and reconnect.
− There could be a current flow through the machine. This is very likely if 31.94 STO time 1 and 31.95 STO
time 2 are about 300 ms and fault 5093 Safe off main contactor XSMCSTO is present.
− If the failure persists exchange the SDCS-CON-H01.
− Then re-do the test.
