1.8 Safety during decommissioning
General
See section Decommissioning on page 435.
If the robot is decommissioned for storage, take extra precaution to reset safety
devices to delivery status.
Unexpected movement of robot arm
WARNING
Hazards due to the use of brake release devices and/or gravity beneath the
manipulator shall be considered.
A robot may perform unexpected limited movement.
WARNING
Manipulator movements can cause serious injuries on users and may damage
equipment.
