Hardware Failures
Hardware failures may be categorized by which function fails. Based on the functional failures, the specific
hardware can be pin-pointed and replaced. Table 19 below provides basic guidelines for finding the possible
failed components.
WARNING!
Repairs and maintenance must be performed by trained personnel who have
successfully completed the maintenance course on the analyzer.
Always follow the “Lockout-tagout” procedure when servicing the analyzer.
