The organization of parameters into a tree structure can be seen in the Plant Structure
by expanding the setting tree.
5.3 Signal Matrix
Signal Matrix is used to make cross-references between the physical I/O signals,
function blocks and SMV and for the GOOSE signal input engineering.
Application Configuration is used for adding or removing function
blocks, for example, GOOSE receiving function blocks.
