Reader Does Not Power On

Reader does not
power on after
you press the
Home Button or
insert a test strip.
Reader battery is
too low.
Charge the Reader.
Reader is outside
of its operating
temperature range.
Move the Reader to a
temperature between
50 °F and 113 °F and then
try to power it on.
