Getting to Know Your System
The System has two main parts: a handheld Reader and a disposable
Sensor that you wear on your body. You use the Reader to wirelessly
receive and display glucose readings from the Sensor. When in range, the
Sensor and Reader automatically communicate to provide glucose alarms
if you choose to turn them on. The Reader also has a built-in meter for
blood glucose and ketone testing.
Note: The Reader only works with FreeStyle Libre 3 Sensors or FreeStyle
Libre 3 Plus Sensors and cannot be used with other Sensors.
Your System comes in a Reader Kit and a Sensor Kit. When opening your
kits, check that the contents are undamaged and that you have all parts
listed. If any parts are missing or damaged, or if the tamper label indicates
the Sensor Applicator has already been opened, contact Customer
Service.

the information in the User’s Manual and the
FreeStyle Precision blood glucose and ketone
test strip instructions for use before using your
System.
