Change Infusion Set continued
Step 6: Prime the infusion set according to manufacturer’s instructions.
CAUTION: Never prime an infusion set that is connected to your body.
Step 7: Insert the infusion set needle or cannula according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Step 8: Remove the old infusion headset. Dispose of it properly.
Step 9: Put your insulin pump into RUN mode.
