Account and Support
Click the Support icon to enter the Account & Support screen.
It displays the laptop’s model number, Serial Number (SN), and
Serial Number Identification Number (SNID) which are related to
product specifications and warranty. You can either sign in or sign
up for an Acer ID and register your Acer product. As a valued Acer
user or Acer member, you can access a comprehensive range of
benefits and services. Within this screen, Find an Answer
provides you full support in resolving common issues through
knowledge base searches or discussions with other Acer product
owners and enthusiasts. If you can't find an answer to your
question, please refer to the Contact Us to locate your local
service center for further assistance.
