Zipper insertion

Attach the zipper foot. Attach the right
side of the presser foot pin to the holder
when sewing the left side of the zipper.
Attach the left side of the presser foot
pin to the presser foot holder when
sewing the right side of the zipper.

Sew the zipper to the piece of fabric with
the extra 3 mm (1/8"), starting from the
base of the zipper. When you are about
5 cm (2") from the end of the zipper,
stop the sewing machine with the needle
lowered (in the fabric), raise the presser
foot lever, and then open the zipper and
continue sewing.

Turn the fabric right side out, stitch
across the lower end and the right side
of the zipper.

Stop about 5cm (2") from the top of the
zipper. Remove the basting and open
the zipper. Stitch the remaining of the
seam.
