AIRFLOW FAULT
DURING PURGE
The Blower Proof Switch opened during purge,
or air inlet is blocked.
AIRFLOW FAULT
DURING IGN
The Blower Proof Switch opened during ignition.
AIRFLOW FAULT
DURING RUN
The Blower Proof Switch opened during run.
DELAYED
INTERLOCK OPEN
The Delayed Interlock is open.
DIRECT DRIVE
SIGNAL FAULT
The direct drive signal is not present or is out of range.
EXHAUST TEMP
HIGH
The exhaust temperature has exceeded
EXHAUST TEMP
SENSOR OPEN
Exhaust Temperature Sensor is open.
EXHAUST TEMP
SENSOR SHORT
Exhaust temperature sensor is shorted.
FFWD TEMP
SENSOR FAULT
The temperature measured by the Feed Forward (FFWD)
Sensor is out of range.
FLAME LOSS
DURING IGN
The Flame signal was not seen during ignition or lost within 5
seconds after ignition.
FLAME LOSS
DURING RUN
The Flame signal was lost during run.
HEAT DEMAND
FAILURE
The Heat Demand Relays on the Ignition board failed to
activate when commanded.
HIGH EXHAUST
TEMPERATURE
The Exhaust Temperature has exceeded 200°F.
GAS PRESSURE
FAULT
The High Gas Pressure Limit Switch OR Low Gas Pressure
Limit Switch is open.
HIGH WATER
TEMPERATURE
The temperature measured by the Outlet Sensor exceeded
the Temp Hi Limit setting.
HIGH WATER TEMP
SWITCH OPEN
The High Water Temperature Limit Switch is open.
IGN BOARD
COMM FAULT
A communication fault has occurred between the PMC board
and Ignition board.
IGN SWTCH CLOSED
DURING PURGE
The Ignition Position Limit switch on the Air/Fuel Valve closed
during purge.
