3-4. PREPARATION FOR STORAGE OR SHIPMENT
A. Packaging
Package the Unit in the original shipping container. When using packing materials other than the
original, use the following guidelines:
Wrap the Unit in plastic packing material.
Use a double-wall cardboard shipping container.
Protect all sides with shock-absorbing material to prevent Unit movement within the container.
Seal the shipping container with approved sealing tape.
MarkFRAGILE on the top, bottom and all sides of the shipping container.
B. Environment
The Unit should be stored in a clean, dry environment. In high humidity environments, protect the
Unit from temperature variations that could cause internal condensation. The following environmental
conditions apply to both shipping and storage:
Temperature: ....................................................................... -30° C to +71° C*
Relative Humidity: ........................................................................ 0% to 95%
Altitude: .................................................................................... 0 to 4600 m
