Solving the ‘ERROR’ status
Basically, there are two types of errors:
• Errors which can be solved by the key-operator.
Example: Image plate jam. The error field reads ‘ERROR XXXXX’.
• Errors which can only be solved by a trained service engineer.
The error field reads ‘SERVICE XXXXX’.
Solving ‘SERVICE XXXXX’ errors
If the error field reads ‘SERVICE XXXXX’:
1 Reset the CR 75.0.
Refer to ‘Resetting the Digitizer’ on page 26.
2 If the message persists, contact your local service organization and
communicate the error number.
Do not attempt to correct the error yourself.
