6 Using and Updating the Logic Analysis System

came with your purchase to enable the optional tool.
To change network settings
To make network changes after the first- time power up:
On Windows XP
The following steps are applicable for a logic analysis system with
Windows XP operating system:
• To change from a workgroup to a domain or vice versa, right- click My
Computer and select Properties. Select the Computer Name tab and
click Change.
• To change network connection properties, click Start>Control
Panel>Network Connections. Select the connection you want to change
and click Change settings of this connection.
For more information on changing network settings, refer to the Windows
XP online help.
On Windows 7
The following steps are applicable for a logic analysis system with
Windows 7 operating system:
• To change from a workgroup to a domain or vice versa, click Computer
and select Properties. Click the Change Settings link in the Computer
name, domain and Workgroup settings section. Then select the
Computer Name tab and click Change.
• To change network connection properties, click Start>Control
Panel>Network and Sharing Center. Select the connection you want to
change and then set the properties of this connection.
