5. Maintenance
Clutch play
Check clutch play "A" at the clutch hand lever (B/6;
C/6) each time you operate the machine. If necessary,
re-adjust (especially after commissioning the machine,
during break-in period, and after exchanging the clutch)
at the bowden cable adjusting screw
l Remove locking nut.
l Adjust the adjustment screw to a play of A = 5 - 6
mm.
l Re-tighten the counter-nut against the lever bearing.
Safety circuit
Check safety circuit function each time you take up
operation and each time you maintain the machine.
l When releasing the lever (B/1) the main and PTO
drives must come to a halt independently (disengag-
ing) and the locking strap must engage.
l When the clutch hand lever (B/1) is pressed up to the
handle, the clutch must correctly engage; the clutch may
not slip.
If necessary, check bowden cable and re-adjust at the
Bowden cable set screw
.
l Loosen counter-nut
l Adjust the adjusting screw accordingly
l Re-tighten the counter-nut against the lever bearing.

Engine Shut-off Switch
Check function of switching engine off each time you
take up operation and each time you maintain the ma-
chine.
With shut-off switch (B/5; C/5) in position "O" the engi-
ne must come to stop., if necessary, check electric lines
and connections.
