5. Maintenance
General
l
Watch out for fuel and oil leakage and
repair, if necessary.
l
Regularly check bolts and nuts and
retighten, if necessary.
l
Slightly grease all gliding and mov-
ing parts (e.g. speed control lever, hand
lever bearing, etc.) with Bio-lubricating
grease and Bio-slushing oil.
Cleaning
Machine
After cleaning the machine with a pres-
sure washer, lubricate all lubrication
points immediately, and let the machine
run for a short time to press water out.
Apply grease generously to leave a
grease ring around bearings to prevent
water, plant sap, and dirt from penetrat-
ing.
Engine
Clean the engine only with a cloth. Avoid
spraying with strong water jets, as wa-
ter might leak into the ignition and fuel
system, causing malfunctions.
