Too much ambient light Unit is exposed to too much light • Darken the room.
• Turn the unit such that no light can directly enter
into the entry slot.
Overtemperature Laser or erasure unit too hot • Switch the unit o and allow it to cool.
Erasure unit fault LED defective • Contact technician.
