, the party that initiated the conference may add as
many as three more participants.
To add additional parties to a three-way call:
(1) Press: - the other participants remain connected, and may continue
talking while you are adding other parties.
(2) Dial the number of the party you want to bring into the conference.
(3) When the individual answers, press to include them in the
conference or to return to the conference without them.
Every time a new participant joins the conference, the participants hear an advisory
beep. The number of additional participants is indicated on the display of the
conference initiator's set.
During a conference call, you may also answer an incoming call or speak to a
party that was on hold. To do so, press and after connecting to the
party, press to include them in the conference or to return
to the conference without them.
When the conference initiator hangs up, all parties are disconnected, ending the
casual conference.
