(3) Enter the time of the appointment: Two (2) digits for the hour and two (2)
digits for the minute in 24-hour format (e.g. enter "1330" for 1:30 pm).
(or repeat steps (2) and (3) for each additional reminder).
At the programmed time, the designated terminal will ring and display as a
reminder call. The individual user confirms the reminder by picking up the call.
l To change or cancel one or more appointment reminders, follow the same
procedure.
Select the corresponding display key, and enter the new time to change the
appointment, or to cancel it.
Note: If you do not respond to the first reminder attempt, the system will call you again. After
the second attempt, the reminder call will be abandoned.
If your terminal is being forwarded to another terminal, the reminder call will not follow the
forwarding.
