RIGID DUCT ASSEMBLYWALL MOUNTING (boiler)
Boiler mounting
The motor, heat exchanger and bypass (option) are
supplied pre-assembled. A mounting kit comprising
2 wall-mounting angles is supplied.
For the collection of condensates, install the
condensate evacuation nozzle as shown opposite,
to the exchanger release .
Condensate connection
Screw the evacuation nozzle into the product at the release level
Connect the evacuation nozzle to the 32 diameter water trap with a sufficient and regular slope
Place the condensate evacuation in a frost free zone if necessary
Distribution casing
Use of the flat 3 or 6 connector distribution casing
Mounting the distribution casing to the ceiling using threaded studs
Screwed in at two

Ductwork in heated spaces: using rigid
circular ductworks or miniducts
Strongly recommended for thermal efficiency reasons.
Use of miniduct ducts and accessories in order to facilitate
the integration of the ductwork into the heated spaces and
limit pressure losses.
Duct mounting and connections
Use the flange.
To interconnect the miniducts and
provide a good seal, use PVC tape or
compatible adhesives.
Grille connections
The grilles should be connected to the miniduct network using an appropriate miniduct/grille connector
Direct connection using the miniduct range elbow bends
Connection using the appropriate accessories when it is too far
from the ductwork to the grille
