Dismantle actuator
and turn valve disc to
correct position.
Power supply failed.

Ensure fuses are

Ensure air supply is

Poor filtration. Too low pressure drop
or large debris
passing.
Damaged filter basket,
rubber profile or
sealing ring.
Repair or replace filter
basket, rubber profile
or sealing ring.
Water hammer occurs
during flushing
operation.
Insufficient back
pressure or air trapped
in flushing line.
Ensure correct back
pressure in flushing
outlet.
Flushing valve
travelling time is too
short.
Adjust travelling time
(only pneumatic
actuators).
External by-pass
opens.
Close external bypass.
Filter clogged. High pressure drop
Decreased water flow.
Filter blocked with too
much debris.
Shut down the filter,
open end cover and
clean the filter
manually.
