Verifying the
Member Switch
Perform the steps in Table 11 to confirm the configuration of the member
switch.
12 Designate the ports as the trunk with the STACKPORT command.
awplus(config-if)# stackport
% Save the config and restart the system for this change to take
effect.
Steps 13 to 18 save your changes and reboot the switch.
13 Return to the Global Configuration mode.
awplus(config-if)# exit
14 Return to the Privileged Exec mode.
awplus(config)# exit

Save your changes with the WRITE command.
awplus# write
Building configuration ...
[OK]
16 Restart the switch.
awplus# reboot
reboot system? (y/n):
17 Type “Y” for yes.
18 Wait two minutes for the switch to initialize its management software.
19 Go to “Verifying the Member Switch,” next.
