Serato DJ Lite
Serato DJ Lite becomes unstable.
• Update Serato DJ Lite to the latest version. See: Installing Serato DJ
Lite (page 97)
• Quit any other applications on your PC/Mac. If Serato DJ Lite
remains unstable, try disabling the wireless network or other wireless
connections, antivirus software, screen saver, low-power mode, etc.
(Before quitting antivirus security software, disable the internet
connection to ensure the security of you PC/Mac.)
• If another USB device is connected to your PC/Mac, disconnect it.
• When using a USB hub, be sure it's a product recommended by the
manufacturer of your PC/Mac.
• If you’re using battery power for your laptop, connect the laptop to an
AC power supply.
Tracks aren’t displayed in the library.
• Import music files. See: Importing music files (tracks) (page 102)
• If you selected a crate or subcrate which doesn’t contain any tracks,
select another crate or subcrate which does contain tracks, or import
tracks into the crate or subcrate.
iTunes tracks aren’t displayed in the library.
• Activate [Show iTunes Library] in the [Library + Display] tab of the
[] menu. If [Show iTunes Library] is already selected,
deactivate it, then activate it again. For details about importing music
files, see the Serato DJ Lite software manual.
• If you selected a crate or subcrate which doesn’t contain any tracks,
select another crate or subcrate which does contain tracks, or import
tracks into the crate or subcrate.
