Installation
Downgrade Procedure
1. Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the
MaxCommunicator 6.5 Update1 program and ALL OTHER 6.5
Update1 client applications (such as MaxAgent, MaxOutlook,
MaxSupervisor, AltiConsole and CDR Search).
2. Reboot your system.
3. Install the earlier software.
