Malfunction Cause Remedy
Limit values are not
maintained during iCALising.
Insufficient intensity. 1. Check argon.
2. Clean spark stand,
adjust electrode.
3. Clean light inlet window.
4. Re-profile instrument
again and, if necessary,
contact the Service
Department.
During standardization,
factors < 2 are shown in red
or
Value dropped below the
minimum limit of the matrix-
depending reference
channel
e.g.: Fe 273 nm.
