CNC indexes the tool changer and
keeps track of the bin number

Adds Fix and Bin columns to the
Tool Page. BIN specifies BIN in
which a tool is initially located. FIX
specifies if the corresponding tool
needs to go back into the same BIN
from which it was taken.
