CUSTOMER SERVICE
Your Apilus xCell carries a limited warranty against
manufacturing and material defects. Please consult
the warranty enclosed with the unit for more details.
A troubleshooting guide is available to help resolve
most of the minor problems you may encounter
while operating your Apilux xCell without the inter-
vention of a technician. Refer to the "Troubles-
hooting" section before contacting our after-sales
service department.
If the problem persists, please contact your dis-
tributor. He is trained to solve most of the pro-
blems that you may experience with your Apilus
xCell. When in correspondence, make mention of
the model number, and the serial number located
underneath the unit with the date of purchase.
If you are unable to reach your distributor, please
contact the after-sales service department directly
at Dectro International at the following phone
number. A technician will be available to help you
resolve the problem, and, if necessary, will give you
any relevant information you may need to ship your
device to a service center. Please provide the tech-
nician with the model and serial number located
underneath the unit, the date of purchase and the
name of your distributor.
Please note that you must obtain an authorization
number (RMA) before returning your unit to the ser-
vice center at Dectro International, otherwise an
additional fee will apply. This authorization number
does not restrict but helps facilitate the process of
your request through our after-sales service.
