WARRANTY
1. Your warranty covers the device’s electronic
components for a period of thirty-six (36) months
from the date of purchase, this includes the cost
of parts and labor.
2. Warranty covers all manufacturing and material
defects for a period of thirty-six (36) months from
the date of purchase, this includes the cost of
parts and labor.
3. All accessories carry a limited time warranty
of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase,
and will be repaired or replaced free of charge if
determined to be defective.
4. This warranty does not cover:
a) The installation.
b) The outer casing and the finish.
c) Any damages that occurred during delivery.
d) The cost of repair for damages caused by:
improper voltage use, misuse, abuse, accident
or alterations to the unit. The removal or altera-
tion of the serial number, and/or the opening of
the machine’s casing, voids all obligations of this
warranty.
5. Neither the manufacturer nor the dealer are
responsible for: any special or consequential
damages resulting from device defects, any
delays in service, or any consequences that
result from the improper use of the device. This
device must only be used by qualified personnel.
6. The terms of this warranty are not intended to
limit your rights as established by the govern-
ment or the state. Please consider this warranty
supplemental to any applicable law.
7. Repairs must be carried out in a service center
that has been authorized by Dectro International.
Any repairs and/or replacement part carried out
under this warranty will only be covered for the
duration of the warranty period. The owner must
provide a copy of the proof of purchase for any
repairs that are covered under warranty.
8. Shipping and delivery are not covered under this
warranty. In the case of manufacturing defects,
the owner must ship the device, prepaid to their
nearest authorized service center. Dectro Inter-
national, the distributor and its agent assume no
responsibility for any packages lost or damaged
during transport or shipping.
9. The owner must fill out the warranty registration
card, sign it and send it to the manufacturer wit-
hin twenty (20) days from the date of purchase.
