Usage
WARNING!
–Ifyourconditionmeansthatyoucannottakeabath
onyourown,onlyusethedevicewithsupervision.
–Ifoperatingthedevicewithoutsupervision,makesure
tohaveanalarmsystemortelephonewithinreachin
caseofunforeseenevents(e.g.malfunctions).
CAUTION!
Bathoilsorsaltscanimpairtheperformanceofthe
liftingscissors.
–Ifusingsuchbathadditives,donotexceedthe
recommendeddose.
IMPORTANT!
–Runtheunloadedliftoncetothetopandthenbackto
thebottom(functiontest).
–Beforeusing,checkthetemperatureofthebathwater.
1.PressandholdtheUpbuttonBuntiltheseatislevelwiththe
edgeofthebathtub.
2.Makesurethatthesideflapsarelevelwiththeseatandrest
flatontheedgeofthebathtub.
3.Fillthebathwithwater.
4.Sitonthesideflapnearesttoyouasyouwouldonachair.
5.Slidebackwardsuntilyouaresittinginthemiddleoftheseat.
6.Turnyourselfintothebathingposition,byliftingonelegand
thentheotherovertheedgeofthebathtub.
7.Onceyouaresittingcorrectly,presstheDownbuttonDand
holditdowntolowertheseatintothebathtub.
Oncetheseathasreachedthelowestposition,itispossible
toreclinethebackrestbycontinuingtoholdtheDown
buttonD.Thisproducesamorecomfortablebathing
positionandallowsyoutoimmerseyourselfdeeperinthe
bathwater(notonmodelORCAF).
8.KeeptheDownbuttonpresseduntilthebackresthasreached
thedesiredposition.
Togetoutofthebathtub,followingthesestepsinreverse
order.
9.Toraisethebackrestorthebathlift,presstheUpbuttonBand
keepitpresseduntilithasreachedthedesiredposition.
