6.1Maintenanceandservicing

EquipmentRegulations1998(LOLER),requireanyequipment
thatisusedintheworkplace(e.g.byapaidcarer)toliftaload
besubjecttosafetyinspectiononasixmonthlybasis.Please

Iftheabovecleaningandsafetynoticesareobserved,theproduct
willbemaintenancefree.
IMPORTANT!
Thehandcontrolmayonlybeopenedbythe
manufacturerofthebathlift.
1.Checktheproductregularlyfordamageandtoensurethatitis
securelyassembled.
2.Intheeventofdamageand/ornecessaryrepairs,contactthe
dealerimmediately.
3.Thebathliftmustbecheckedbyanauthorizeddealerbefore
everyre-useorafter24monthsatthelatest(seeManufacturer‘s
recommendationforrehabproductsoftheSPECTARISindustrial
association).
4.Ifthebathliftisnotusedforaprolongedperiod,chargethe
batterycompletelyandthenraiseandlowerthebathlift3times
withoutload.Repeatthisprocessevery3months.Thishelps
tomaintaintheservicelifeofthebattery.
6.2Cleaninganddisinfection
Theproductcanbecleanedanddisinfectedusingcommercially
availableagents.
1.Disinfecttheproductbywipingdownallgenerallyaccessible
surfaceswithdisinfectant(afterdisassemblingtheproduct,if
possible).
IMPORTANT!
Allcleaningagentsanddisinfectantsusedmustbe
effective,compatiblewithoneanotherandmustprotect
thematerialstheyareusedtoclean.

1.Washtheproductusingaclothorabrush.
2.Rinsetheproductwithwarmwater.
