9.3 rear brake assembly
1. Apply grease to the groove of the rear brake cover to help the M4 hex nut stay
in place during the assembly.
2. Insert the M4 hex nut into the groove, aligning both sides with the edges of
the groove.
3. Install the rear brake cover (SKU: 81505 (345A) or 81506 (345B)) on the frame.
4. Apply a drop of threadlocker (no. 242) to the threads of the M4 x 10 mm flat
head screw.
5. Hand tighten the M4 x 10 mm screw.
6. Apply a drop of threadlocker (no. 242) to the threads the M4 x 16 mm button
head screw.
7. Hand tighten the M4 x 16 mm screw. You can move the rear brake cover
laterally to ensure a perfect alignment with the rear brake caliper.
