Not doing so may result in an“E-6” appearing on the display or a test
result that is higher than the actual value.
•Donotuseataltitudeshigherthan10,000ft(3,048m).
•Interferencetestingdemonstratedan18%biaswhen10mg/dL 
mannose was added to a 60 mg/dL glucose sample.
