Warranty
You are a valued customer of ARKRAY. It is important to us that you are
completely satisfied with your GLUCOCARD™ X-METER.
ARKRAY warrants your GLUCOCARD™ X-METER will be free from defects
in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of
the original purchase. If during this time the meter does not work properly
because of a defect in materials or workmanship, ARKRAY agrees to
replace or repair, free of charge any and all parts proven to be
defective and subject to warranty.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied,
including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any
purpose, other than stated herein.
This warranty does not apply to the performance of the GLUCOCARD™
X-METER that has been damaged by accident or has been altered,
misused, tampered with, or abused in any way. This warranty only
applies to the original purchaser of the meter and/or its agents.
