which allows to control the direction of speech information transfer between two subscrib-
ers. The features of Unilateral communication control function:
− the subscriber initiating simplex connection – the DK Subscriber simplex call
must be set with fixation option;
− the subscriber receiving input call, by pressing and holding the direct call
pushbutton of initiating subscriber can carry out a speech information trans-
fer to initiating subscriber. After the DK release the initial direction of speech
information transfer from initiating subscriber restores;
− the function operates via Armtel-IP protocol;
− the similar priority must be set on the DK of subscriber calls.
In the simplex communication mode, two group communication scenarios are im-
plemented, such as "Circular" and "Selector".
Circular function is a two-side communication between subscribers, where at any
given time only single Circular participator can transfer speech information. The Circular
organizer carries out participators call. The Circular features are:
− all the Circular participators hear only the Circular organizer;
− the Circular organizer may give and take back the right to answer of the Cir-
cular participators;
− the answer of Circular participator is heard by the Circular organizer only;
− every Circular participator may leave the Circular independently;
− the Circular operation is in the general field of call priorities.
The call of Circular participators is carried out by the Circular organizer, using the DK
with Circular function. After short-time pressing the DK with Circular function, the organiz-
er consequently presses the direct call pushbuttons of subscribers to add new participators
to the Circular or to remove participators from the Circular.
The transfer of right to answer is performed by the Circular organizer, using the DK
with Right to answer function. After short-time pressing the DK with this function, the or-
ganizer performs the short-time pressing of direct call pushbutton “Calling via SIP”of the
subscriber, whom he wishes to transfer (or, on the contrary, take back) the right to answer.
The organizer, with repeated pressing the DK Circular, accomplishes the termination
of Circular session.
