To summarize the troubleshooting steps: 
 
Perform a Complete Reset/Activation 
 
Power cycle the MicroCell 
 
Power cycle the router/modem 
Deactivate/reactivate your account 
 
Turn your phone off and then on to re-establish connectivity 
 
Hard reset the MicroCell 
Check cables for condition and snugness of fit 
 
Check orientation of the MicroCell 
 
Use an external GPS antenna if necessary 
 
Reset network settings on your phone or have support check your network settings 
 
Enable WiFi, disable LTE on your phone 
 
Disable Handout for your MicroCell via the settings page 
 
Toggle Airplane mode on and off (lame) 
 
Check stability of your internet speeds and make sure you have sufficient speed 
 
Check that all of the necessary ports are open all the way to the AT&T servers 
 
Port forward the MicroCell to a static assigned IP address based on the MAC address 
of the MicroCell, or place the MicroCell in the DMZ like you would a gaming device 
 
Try different locations in your house to find the “sweet spot” 
 
Keep the number of devices between the MicroCell and AT&T to an absolute 
minimum 
 
Adequate ventilation around the MicroCell
