TELEPHONE OPERATION
PROBLEM SOLUTION
Operation During This phone will operate during a power
a Power Failure failure if a working battery has been installed.
You will be able to answer calls with the
handset or headset, and dial calls using the
keypad and the One Touch or Redial features.
No other features will work until power is
restored.
PROBLEM SOLUTION
The Screen Displays The phone has been disconnected from AC
Powerfail power. When power is restored, a key is
pressed, or the phone is taken off the hook,
the screen will return to the usual display.
One Touch and Redial numbers are retained
until power is restored.
PROBLEM SOLUTION
Display Screen Make sure the power cord is connected
is Blank to both the phone and an electrical outlet
not controlled by a wall switch.
