15. WARRANTY
ATEQwarrantstotheoriginalpurchaserthatyourATEQhardware
productshallbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship
forthelengthofme,idenedonyourproductpackageand/or
containedinyouruserdocumentaon,fromthedateofpurchase.
Exceptwhereprohibitedbyapplicablelaw,thiswarrantyisnon-
transferableandislimitedtotheoriginalbuyer.Thiswarrantygives
youspecicstatutoryrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrights
thatvaryunderlocallaws.
Intheeventofbreachofthewarranty,thesoleresponsibility
ofATEQandyoursoleremedyconsists,atATEQ’schoice,in
repairingorreplacingthehardware.Shippingandhandlingcharges
mayapply,unlessprohibitedbytheapplicablelaw.Torepairor
replaceanyhardware,ATEQmay,asitchooses,usepartsthat
arenew,restoredoralreadyusedbutingoodworkingorder.Any
replacementhardwareproductwillbewarrantedfortheremainder
oftheoriginalwarrantyperiodorthirty(30)days,whicheveris
longerorforanyaddionalperiodofmethatmaybeapplicablein
yourjurisdicon.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverproblemsordamageresulng(a)
fromaccidents,abuse,incorrectuseoranyrepair,anymodicaon
oranyunauthorizeddisassembly;(b)frominappropriateuseor
maintenance,usenotincompliancewiththeinstruconsofthe
productorfromconnecngtopowersupplywithincorrectvoltage;
or(c)fromuseofconsumables,suchasreplacementbaeries,not
suppliedbyATEQ,apartfromwheresuchrestriconisprohibited
bytheapplicablelaw.
Beforesubmingawarrantyclaim,werecommendyouvisitthe

com/fortechnicalassistance.Validwarrantyclaimsaregenerally
processedthroughthepointofsaleduringtherstthirty(30)days

BREACHOFANYEXPRESSORIMPLIEDWARRANTYONYOUR
PRODUCT,EVENIFYOUHAVENOTBEENADVISEDOFTHE
POSSIBILITYOFSUCHDAMAGE.Somejurisdiconsdonotallow
theexclusionorlimitaonofspecial,indirectoraccidentaldamage,
andsotheabovelimitaonsorexclusionsmaynotapplytoyou.
