The owner or lessee is responsible for:

n Using the machine only when it is in good condition and fully-maintained.
n Providing safety training and ensuring that all local regulations are followed.
n Obtaining and distributing the relevant documentation to operating personnel, mainte-
nance personnel, and other relevant personnel.
