This appendix lists additional items you are authorized for the sup-
port of the PVS-14/6015.
This list identifies items that do not have to accompany the
PVS-14/6015 and that do not have to be turned in with it. These
items are all authorized to you by CTA, MTOE, TDA, or JTA.
Column (1), National Stock Number. Identifies the stock number of
the item to be used for requisitioning purposes.
Column (2), Description, Commercial and Government Entity
Code (CAGEC), and Part Number (P/N). Identifies the Federal
item name (in all capital letters) followed by a minimum description
when needed. The last line below the description is the CAGEC (in
parentheses) and the part number.
if the item you need is not the same for different models of equip-
ment.
Column (4), U/M (Unit of Measure). Indicates how the item is is-
sued for the National Stock Number shown in column (1).
Column (5), Qty Recm. Indicates the quantity recommended.
