2.1 What’s New in Version 2.3.410
Version 2.3.410 delivers Android OS12. Phones can be updated to Android OS12 via
the intermediate firmware version of 1.19.642. Note that the phone will not be restored
to its default settings as a result of this upgrade.
Applies to C435HD, C455HD and C470HD.
Inapplicable to C448HD and C450HD.
New Microsoft apps:
• MicrosoftTeams-2024061301 (a.k.a. 1.1.2)
• Company Portal 5.0.6152.0
• Admin Agent 703
Improved incoming audio performance. This version optimizes audio processing for
incoming calls resulting in a significant improvement in call quality. Users now
experience a much faster connection so the remote party (the caller) hears the
recipient’s voice (the local phone) with noticeably reduced delay.
Capability for admin-defined password complexity has been added. The feature
was designed mainly for non-touch screen phones but can also be applied to touch-
screen phones. The feature gives admins the ability to finely adjust password
complexity, ensuring that customers using low-cost phones (LCPs) can easily input
passwords using the phone's hard keys.
A new parameter 'system/admin_password/strength’ has been added.
• When updating LCPs to version 2.3.410, the parameter is by default set to
COMPLEXITY_MEDIUM. Password complexity rule: At least six characters
and/or digits must be used.
