O. Firmware updating procedure via SD Card
It is possible to upgrade the firmware of the PVI-AEC-EVO either locally using the SD Card, or remotely using the web
portalAuroraVision.
1. Accessthedisplaybyenteringtheuserpassword0000.
2. Checkandnotethecurrentfirmwareversionsinstalled:

3. TurnoffthePVI-AEC-EVOandwaitatleastoneminute.
4. DisconnectallavailableconnectionsfromthePVI-AEC-EVO(RS458line(s),LANconnection,sensors).
5. RemovetheSDCardfromtheslotonthePVI-AEC-EVOfrontpanelbypressingtheSDCardgently.
6. InserttheSDCardintotheSDCardreaderorintototheSDCardreaderslotofthePC.
7. Deletethefoldersupgrade,web,langandconfigfromtheSDCard.
8. Copythenewfoldersupgrade,web,langandconfigintotherootoftheSDCard.
9. RemovetheSDCardfromtheSDCardreaderorfromtheSDCardreaderslot.
10. InserttheSDCardintotheslotonthePVI-AEC-EVOfrontpanelbypressingtheSDCardgentlytolockitintoplace.
11. Turn on the PVI-AEC-EVO and wait about one minute.(N.B.: Power failureduring updatemay cause serious damage
tothedevice).
12. EnterthedisplaybypushingtheENTERbuttonandinsertthepassword“0010”;pushENTERtoconfirm.
13. Followthe path: pressENTER toconfirm;wait thecompleting of
upgrade(fewminutes).Aftertheupgrade thesystemwillreboot:waitthe completereboot(date/timewillbeshown
onthedisplay).
14. EnterthedisplaybypushingtheENTERbuttonandinsertthepassword“0010”;pushENTERtoconfirm.

“SETTINGS> UPGRADE FIRMWARE > UPGRADE AVR”
15. Followthe path press ENTER toconfirm;wait the completing of
upgrade (few minutes). The upgrading process will be completed when the message will be
